audit

since this is the first time being audited in these 3-year I've been transferred here, i was too nervous thinking what actually would be happen.
but then, few minutes ago, the auditors came and my boss just asked to hold the audit in the office je.
and i was like "what?kat opis je..di meja coffee depan tv ni?"..
and...aku pk takpe lah kan. follow the custom. jangan nak ubah culture org tak tentu pasal.
and guess what, the audit only took about 30 minutes plus minus..
and .. ia tidaklah sesukar yang aku pnah went through before.
thats why kak nadzira - chief audit dlu always bring my name in her audit speeches, anywhere she goes.
rupanya aku je yg buat camtu kot...hahaha..
*am i that skema-serious-auditor years ago?
aku slalu dlu2 audit pensyarah je.
pensyarah ni time dia free pkul 12 tghari, kdg2 time rehat, but it is oke for me.
and stakat ni, aku nampak semua org follow the flow, cuma ade pincang sket2 bab2 borang je.
tapi, what just happen just now dia mcm simple je.
opening mcm biasa, tak tgk prosedur sgt, dan just, simple...
ye..simple.

dan what brings me in here also is the memory on how my team and i prepared for being audited dor Lloyds and internal audit.. mcm disaster nak prepare. tapi kalau preparation beriya mcm gitu, auditor datang x smpai sejam memang rasa nak makan orang lah juge kan.
huhu.

these all moments create good comparison for me to develop my knowledge dalam sepanjang tempoh pekerjaan..
*phew!

and now i still do not know whether sijil auditor yang aku dapat last 5 years masih bleh pakai lagi ke tak. valid lagi ke? skang dah pakai MQA, COPPA, COPIA dah, iso pun dah update 2015, so how?
